Large or small, a retailer’s portfolio of Stores is crucial to their Company’s performance. We can offer a comprehensive review of your existing property portfolio and determine whether the rents payable are a fair reflection of Market Value.  If applicable we can then determine what increases (or perhaps decreases at Lease Renewal) can be anticipated at forthcoming Reviews for budgetary purposes and projections. We aim to negotiate (and where necessary act as Expert Witness) Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, in line with market evidence and budget projections. Whether a new outlet or re-site, we’ll seek and secure suitable properties, advising from concept to opening.

We provide advice on rents and other key terms prevalent in the market, as well as advising on the detail of any newly negotiated Leases.  Where necessary, we will dispose of surplus sites. We have established contacts with all the major UK Shopping Centre owners and leading multiple retailers.
