We aim to negotiate (and where necessary act as Expert Witness) on Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, in line with market evidence and budget projections. Whether a new outlet or re-site, we’ll seek and secure suitable properties, advising from concept to opening, advising on not only rents but and other key lease terms.

Where necessary, we will dispose of surplus sites, and we have contact with all the major UK Shopping Centre owners and leading multiple retailers.
