It’s very hard to use one word for a very large sector, but this will have to do.

It gives us an opportunity to tell you about the Premier Inn deal we did on City Road Chester, and the ROOMZZ Apartment Hotel we delivered for clients on Watergate Street overlooking the racecourse, and even the Travelodge deal we negotiated in Altrincham.

And we can tell you about our idea to introduce the Wildes Group to The Grade II listed property on the Cross in Chester where they are developing a brand new Boutique Hotel.

We could mention that we acted for the original owners of EGO restaurants in acquiring all their sites, or acquiring half a dozen Hickory’s Smokehouse units across the NW and Midlands, or about all the former and current trading pubs we are currently handling on behalf of freeholder clients.
