Tim has over 39 years of retail experience, working in and around the North West agency market, and prides himself on the personal attention to detail imperative in “getting deals done”.
After a spell in Private practice and the British Shoe Corporation, Tim moved to Chester, becoming an equity partner of a major North West agency before leaving to co-found kenneymoore in 1995. Tim was a founding director of CH1ChesterBid, a former Chairman of the Chester Association of Property Professionals, is a director of a local C.I.C. and is not shy of making his views known on matters of public interest.
Using his skills honed in High Street retail, Tim is also very busy in the Hospitality arena, and is instrumental in driving the business into the Living sector.

Howard specialises in retail portfolio and Lease Consultancy, on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants, across the UK, together with associated Rating work.
Educated at Hutton Grammar School, Preston and Leicester Polytechnic, he has worked in the property industry since 1983, initially with one of London’s leading West End Retail Practices between 1985 and 1993, before moving to the North West and co-founding kenneymoore.
Having extensive knowledge of the UK prime retail markets enables Howard to advise clients on the acquisition of new stores and disposals, both of which are key elements of an actively managed property portfolio. He also provides advice on Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Rating matters, acting as an Expert Witness, where necessary.
Howard is best known for his work on behalf of Beaverbrooks The Jeweller whom he has represented for many years, providing advice on all aspects of their retail portfolios.
“I am a self-confessed workaholic, who loves the challenge of a deal, whether it be a new store acquisition or the minimising of a rent increase at Review. When I do stop working I enjoy cycling, fly fishing and watching motor sport”.
Kathryn Mount
Kathryn joined kenneymoore in the Spring of 2017 after a very successful role as Office Manager for a rural Estate Agents Office. Immediately adopting the role of ‘Head Of Procurement, Marketing and Administration’, Kathryn brings an air of sophistication to the business, her ruthless efficiency keeping her unruly charges under strict control!
Kathryn is the Company’s Sailing and Tennis representative. Game set and match!
